This explains what YogaNutLife collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

YogaNutLife is a brand of CLV Media, LLC (“we,” “us”), the data controller for information collected through yoganutlife.com. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@yoganutlife.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Email address — when you subscribe to recall alerts, request a product review, or create a membership.
  • Account & membership details — what you subscribed to and its status.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.
  • Review requests — the product name and any note you submit when you ask us to check a product.
  • Usage & device data — standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages viewed) used to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use your information

  • To send the recall alerts and confirmations you request.
  • To provide, bill, and support memberships and product reviews.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep the site working (see our Cookie Policy). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with vendors that help us run the service, each under its own agreement:

  • Supabase — database and storage.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional and alert email.
  • Amazon Associates — when you click an affiliate “safe swap” link, Amazon receives the click under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep personal information for as long as your account or subscription is active, and as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe at any time — email hello@yoganutlife.com and we’ll act on it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under California’s CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@yoganutlife.com; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

9. Children’s privacy

YogaNutLife is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
