Terms of use & disclaimers

Please read these carefully — they explain exactly what YogaNutLife does, what it doesn't, and the limits of what you can rely on it for.

Last updated: July 2026

1. What YogaNutLife is

YogaNutLife is a brand of CLV Media, LLC (“we,” “us”). It provides informational gluten-safety research: we screen product ingredient lists against a published, deterministic ruleset, publish plain-English verdicts reviewed by a person with celiac disease, and send gluten-recall alerts. It is a research and monitoring service — not a medical provider, laboratory, or certifying body.

2. What our verdicts mean — and don't

In the United States, a product may be labeled “gluten-free” only if it contains under 20 ppm of gluten (an FDA claim), and third-party certifications (e.g. GFCO) independently test products to a gluten-free threshold. Both concern tested gluten content.

Our engine screens the declared ingredient list. Accordingly:

  • “Certified gluten-free” on our site means the product itself carries such a certification; we are reporting that fact.
  • “Labeled gluten-free” means the manufacturer makes the FDA claim; we are reporting that fact.
  • “No gluten ingredients” means our screen found no gluten-containing ingredient declared on the label. This is an ingredient screen — not a lab test for gluten content, and not a certification. It cannot detect cross-contamination from shared equipment or facilities.
  • “Auto-screened” results are produced by our engine from third-party label data and are not reviewed by a person. Treat them as a starting point, not a verified verdict.

Formulations and manufacturing change without notice. Always read the current product label before you buy or eat anything. For the highest assurance, choose a product that is certified gluten-free.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on YogaNutLife is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. If you have a medical concern, or you feel unwell, contact a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any verdict, screen, alert, or piece of information is accurate, current, or complete, or that any product is safe for you to consume.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YogaNutLife and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or injury arising out of your use of — or reliance on — the service, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent any liability is not disclaimable, it is limited in the aggregate to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some links to products (including “safe swap” suggestions) are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our verdicts are never influenced by commissions. The deterministic engine and human review decide every verdict; commercial relationships have no bearing on whether a product is marked safe, not safe, or anything in between.

7. Memberships

Paid memberships and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. You can cancel a membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Founding-member pricing is limited and, once the stated cap is reached, closes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
